REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must: 

​

  • Have a valid license and certification

  • Be a team player and have a collaborative, growth mindset 

  • Characterizes themselves as a lifelong learner and does well applying learned skills

  • Have experience and a strong desire to support early development

  • Have strong clinical writing skills

  • Have strong communication and organizational skills

  • Be a self-starter, reliable, and organized

  • Desires growth as a therapist with new career opportunities

  • Value wellness, understanding that a child's health is not isolated from their development​

This position offers hourly compensation. Therapists will provide services within our Byron location. Candidates must be available during the day and/or after 3:00 pm during the week with the opportunity for flexible hours. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Benefits will vary based on contract.

COMPENSATION

  • $39-$70/hour
